Here at Pumps, Inc. we manufacture our own design of Aeration Panels; this panel injects air into the sewage basin and into the force main. PCWWM (Pima County Waste Water Management) requires this setup for all lift stations ejecting sewage into the the county systems. We are proud to be the ones who set the standard that PCWWM requires, and every one of our panels is made to order here at our warehouse. Every panel is built to meet the requirements that the Engineer puts forth, and we put the highest quality equipment into our panels to ensure a long life and solid performance.

Our panels consist of: 14 gauge solid steel enclosure, suitable for outdoor locations, weatherproof exhaust vent louver, 115 volt AC compressor, 0-60 psi glycerin-filled gauge, flowmeter, brass check valves, overpressure relief valve, axial fan (for cooling), needle valve, coarse bubble diffuser, sight glass, 24 hour timer, relays (if required), alternating relay (if required), terminal strip (for easy connections), copper tubing throughout, all fittings used are brass, and all components (excluding compressor and fan) are mounted on a removable backplate. All penetrations into removable backplate (excluding wood block mounting screws), are drilled and tapped, and are removable. Cooling fan inlet is protected from debris and insects by a 40 mesh stainless steel screen. All panels include an AS BUILT wiring diagram and a bill of materials.
