Control Panels

There are many different applications in which a control panel is necessary to operate a system properly. There are many different features that make a control panel very useful; such as basic level controlling, alarm features, remote alarm notification, remote start control, timed dosing, duplex alternating, installer friendly series programming, flow controlled operation, mechanical interlock, just to name a few. So as you can see, no matter how you want your control panel designed, we have the resources to give you exactly what you need.

Most often there is already a designed control panel that will offer what you want, however there are jobs requiring a custom built panel, such as an Irrigation Booster Station. It may require a flow switch based operation, or it may be on a timer, or both, or possibly an irrigation controller, no matter what type of system the new panel must interface with, we can have it built to work properly, every time.

Should you require a system design for wastewater such as a Sewage Lift Station then there are already many designs of panels to choose from, varying from simplex to duplex, timed dosing, small horsepower to large, local or remote alarm, single or three phase, or any voltage, (115, 208/230, 460). If your control panel isn't specified on your engineered plans, simply contact us and give us the specifications that are required and we will recommend a panel to meet or exceed those requirements.

Perhaps you are in the need for a simple junction box; whether it's in a wetwell, above ground outdoors, or in a basement, garage, or pump room, we have what you need. Make sure you know how much you want to put in your junction box, as there are many sizes available and it is a good idea to decide where you want to locate a junction box before ordering. Depending on your needs we most certainly have the box for you. We have everything from waterproof, dustproof, rainproof to indoor, and our junction boxes meet the Nema rating requirements.

The auto dialer is another device that when added to a system can warn you of a potentially serious problem. For instance if you have a septic system, or a lift station, and encounter a problem with either system; an auto dialer can warn you if the liquid level rises too high. When a home temperature sensor is added on, it can warn you via phone or pager that there is a problem. If the temperature gets too high, you might be experiencing a serious problem, or your pets may be at risk of overheating, or becoming too cold. No matter what the situation an auto dialer will be useful, because it operates on either a normally closed or open contact, which makes it compatible with any number of devices.

So whatever your control panel requirements are, we can meet or exceed your expectations at the best price possible.
